La prima edizione della rassegna dal titolo IN CONVERSATION, indaga la relazione dell’essere umano all’interno di un tutto più ampio e propone una riflessione sul tema dell’individuo e della sua immagine nel mondo contemporaneo. La mostra presenta le opere simboliche ed emotive di Anne Grebby, costruite attraverso marcature complesse, stratificazioni con sottese connessioni letterarie, insieme al lavoro di Marta Martino, che applica una metodologia di sottrazione e astrazione attraverso la ripetizione compulsiva di singoli soggetti. |

The first edition of the series entitled IN CONVERSATION, investigates the relationship of the human being within a wider whole and proposes a reflection on the theme of the individual and his image in the contemporary world. The exhibition presents the symbolic and emotive works of Anne Grebby, which are constructed through complex markings, stratifications with underlying literary connections, together with works by Marta Martino, who applies a methodology of subtraction and abstraction through the compulsive repetition of individual subjects. |

there's nothing clear here
a tyrant and a giver
there's no room left for mercy
an abort
no feet
no roots
tentacular hands
hands that take
hands that give
hands that hide
hands to cover the stains
the stains of the past
a past of shame
shame finally
shrink
hide
cry
bleed
mutate and finally find shelter
this is my gift
doing the work for you
be safe
in denial
till next time
